Uhm, no! The most control that I'd like to see is the poster being able to delete their posts and if they're the thread creator, deleting their post deletes the thread, that's it.

There is no [MOD] for SMF 1.1.x to allow this, nor is there one for any forum software to my knowledge. However, Denholm's idea is easily do-able via the ACP group permissions. It's just up to Skuzzy and the HTC staff on whether or not they would do this.
