Yes, we are and they will not fix it. Well to be fair, they refuse to acknowledge there is a problem. If there is, it must be us. It simply cannot be them.

On Vista's sound quality. The mapper/router in Vista scales the sound to be able to keep up with the data stream. It is dynamic. The problem with Vista is they have too much going on all the time, so it cannot keep up with the audio stream. For low quality MP3's, you will not notice it.
Try playing any HD audio through a decent audio system and listen to the CD of the same song, at the same time. The two playbacks will never finish at exactly the same time.
It really gets ugly when you are using an onboard audio device. It can lose seconds of audio, in one song.
