I subscribe it. I used to fly with music in the PII/333 and had no reduction of FPS whatsoever (and they were already prettly low  )

AC/DC ?????

Hehe I thought I was the only one.

Just start Realplayer or Winamp and then start Aces High.

Use alt-tab to switch back and forth to set the AH vs mp3 volume.

Then send some opponents down the "Highway to Hell"

If your soundcard can handle it is easy.

Otherwise just put a audio CD in the drive and play that instead. Less system overhead since it doesn't do anything but play the CD player though a audio cable that is connected directly to your soundcard and the soundcard is just a mixer for the sound.

I just hooked up the CD player to soundcard analog. Uses no CPU and I can operate it via the CD player panel on my PC so can easily flip CDs without ALT-TABing from AH. Works for me.  BTW, Chopin was played in the first frame of Africa (polish fighting team, you know ;-) and the fortissimo were sync'ed with the Spit dropping bombs into Axis runway ;-)

LOL Prz!  Next time you have to use the mixer to put it on your record channel so we can hear it on RW.
