Okay, lemme recap the OP real quick.

You are not a paying customer and apparently never have been. 
You THEN insult the game (and thus HiTech) and then ask HTC to do you a 'favor' and reopen 8 player.

Mike, tell me why anybody would take your request seriously or give it any consideration?

Sorry for the triple post, am laughing too hard at these responses.

Again, there are approx. 11900 members on this board, 5 have admin permissions. Only one that posts at ALL would be Skuzzy. Chances of you getting an admin response is slim. Chances of you getting free 8 player, none.
