is this a new computer? Did you change some setting on your computer recently? Post the first third of a dxdiag report here and maybe someone will spot something.

To access DxDiag:

Start menu>Run>type DxDiag>Save all info
Then either upload the file somewhere and host it, or attempt to paste it all on here.

Did this just start happening or was it like this from the start? Obviously if it just started happening there would be 2 possibilities. Hardware failure or you changed a setting in your computer or video card adjustments or maybe you updated a driver? Do a system restore to a date you know everything worked properly and see if that works. It is the easiest starting point.

The other issue maybe a overheating problem. Have you done anything to your new computer such as overclock the video card. I would download PCWizard. It is free and will show the temps of your video card to see if it is running hot. If it is running hot a simple Vide card fan adjustment may work. DXDIAG is in order and think of anything you may have altered since the problem started.

This is a nice tool to monitor your temps on CPU and GPU.

Most laptops are not made for gaming. With the video card that is in there your going to have to turn the graphics way down. Start the game, then click "Video Setting". On that page in the center click the dropdown box for the Textures and set it to 256. You may also need to clean up the computer to get it to work a bit freeer. If you hit CNTRL, ALT DELETE keys at the same time then click on the processes tab at the top of the new window that pops open. In the lower left corner of that window it will say how many processes you have running, under 25 is good, over isn't. The higher the number over the worst it gets.

What happens is whenever you download or install software, there can be some form of things that will automatically run in your background. These processes services stay on and use your valuable processor. Old system will perform poorly. If you have a new processor it can handle things running but it is always wise to disable whatever you do not need. Windows Vista will have many processes running that you will never need. When you install your video card, either your Catalyst Control Center or Nvidea Control Panel will be running. If you do not game you may not need this running. These are just examples of many various components that have services running in your background. Balckviper's webite gives safe, tweaked and bare bone recommendations. For example, you do not need error reporting service running. When you game you do not need print spooler but remember when you do not game you will need print spooler to print. DISABLE THE SERVICES YOU NEVER USE. LEAVE THE ONES ON YOU SOMETIMES USE OR ALWAYS NEED. Another example is windows time. You do not need this to run your computer or game but you will not be able to do a windows update with windows time disabled. If you have an old system, it is important to get the processes down to a minimum! You processor will run better.

Here is Blackvipers website that will tell you how and what is recommended to turn off. This will get your processes down to about 30 or less. Remember, some use various services frequently that others do not. When you "Fine Tune" your system, you can then run a program called Enditall2 or Alcacrity and let these programs automatically turn off processes and services you do not need when you game. I prefer enditall2. It is much simpler.

Here is enditall2 which I prefer I feel it is more user friendly.

I found what causesing the shade of green and pink.  If you go into the video setting on the AH, and activated the "Hardwear Vertex Processing" it will optimized your terrain and objects.  If i don't have it activated, i don not have the shades of green and pink.

I have my resolution at the max (1200 X 800) and resolution at 1280.  So i have a chose to have the hardwear vertex processing activated or not.

What do you guys think i should do?  Keep in mind that i not issue i have is the shade of the green and pink.
