If you want the Ki100, just fly the Ki61 and pretend it's got a stubbier nose. The Ki100 was an aircraft of necessity (lack of engines for existing Ki61 airframes), and the only significant difference I've seen between the two is that the new radial engine was supposed to be more reliable to the license built DB601.
The Dornier 'Arrow' (Do 335)is an aircraft that will never be added (thankfully) because HTC's requirements for inclusion include that an aircraft must have been flown in unit strength and been engaged in combat.
The Dornier 'Flying Pencil' (Do 17) on the other hand, may (hopefully) may be added eventually

As far as those other planes go... yes, they would be great. As someone who flies for scenarios I would love a more varied, particularly EW planeset (I'm looking at you, IAR-80

). But there is a large section of the player base who only wants the biggest, best, fastest etc. (and generally redundant American) planes. Among these players EW aircraft are considered hanger queens and a waste of HTC's time. Among historically-minded players, big, fast, low production late war uber-planes are silly and redundant.... and a waste of HTC's time. HTC inevitably has to cater to both of these groups, adding planes that will appeal to both, thus splitting their time. Because of this, using their time on improving game systems, such as the terrain model, damage model, flight model, graphic systems, etc., that will improve the game experience for everyone indiscriminately, is a great investment of their time.
