No a 109 should go left and a pony right. A 109 turns better left and the opposite for the pony. Im a purist is all Im saying and the closer to the way it must have been is more to my liking which is why I dont like the stick stirring and stick slamming the noobs are doing now. The close fights that reproduce tales from the pilots of the day are my favorite.
And the F4Us can make even noobs look good but my point in mentioning that is someone had to give this guy some time one on one to show him the moves I saw him do but it made him lose a fight the F4U should have won because he had not learned when to do that sort of thing yet. The cart cannot go before the horse in other words and sometimes buidling experience first is more important then the actual moves. Remember the OODA loop? The first step is observe and if that first step doesnt happen the loop falls apart and the fight is lost while observing without knowing how to interpret what you are observing destroys the loop also.
