been running it since its release.

no issues no crashes no problems

havent had any issues with pop ups or maleware but like skuzzy says nothing about windows is truely secure so i dont care what your running if someone wants in then they are eventually gonna get in. i just make it a point not to store or put anything on my comp that may be personal or harmful should someone else read it. and i additionally use multiple tools to check my computer for unauthorized activity or programs running in the background. not perfect but tell me something in life that is.

Hehe, actually is has more to do with the user than the computer.  Like I have said, the first time you start thinking your computer is safe from the bad things on the Internet, is when your computer will be open to them.
