College is all about *you* paying *them* to teach you . . burn into it and learn all you can.
It aint high school and, usually, what you learn will have a direct impact on what you can earn.
ie: two applicants . . one has a degree . one doesnt .. guess which one gets hired? .. and at a higher rate?

Ah, but the one thing that cant be taught is .... ....
experience.
I highly suggest that anyone in any career field do all they can to gain the much valued experience that employers are looking for. As someone who has hired/fired in the past, I will take almost anyone who has X number of years experience vs someone with a higher degree (or any degree) simply because classroom knowledge does not equate to field expertise. That I guarantee. Whether it is law enforcement, the medical field, or auto-mechanics, it all holds true.
btw... best of luck to those heading off for an education. It is well worth it once you actually earn your degree. It is something on one can take from you.
