Can someone help me format a picture plz!

I made this picture with MS paint and I dont know how to make it noseart or avatar sized :frown:

Could someone plz give it a try for me.

I tried downloading GIMP didnt work for me.  Thanks to seren I now have the coolest Avatar known to man, Lancs carpet bombin a Tiger :lol

Beliall, that's some rather good detail for just MS paint, you shoud get yourself a trail of Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro!

Yeah but isnt photoshop expensive? This was just something I did while my internet didnt whanna stay connected lol stupid wireless.

lol. Sorry buddy, I've been real swamped with school. Ill give you a quick walk-through. Heres what I do:

1) Download GIMP.
2) Open the file in GIMP.
3) Go to "Image"--> "Re-size Canvas" --> 64x64--> "Center Image"
4) Then go to "File"--> "Save As"--> "Select File Type"--> 256 color BMP.

I use photobucket to resize my pictures...quick and easy.

I also use GIMP...whatever I decide to click on
