I also think dueling should still be legal. I admit my views are a bit off. But I promise I won't be climbing any clock towers in the near future.

I hate to say this, but this happened when I was in basic.  A guy (not in my company) climbed an old water tower out by 3rd Batt.  He threatened to jump.  Well, the DI's marched several platoons in formation around the water tower and then threatened the kid with all the things they would do to him if he DIDN'T jump.  Needless to say, he came down and we never saw him again.

Now see if this happened in America. The person who was pushed would have a law suit against the pusher and would win it.

Law suit nothing... dude would be charged with attempted murder.
