Great Game

I just got my forum account approved and am posting my first notes. I wanted to say that this is a really fantastic game, with a tremendous amount of depth of features, and game realism. I have only been playing for about a month and a half or so, and I feel as thought I have just scratched the surface of this game's capability. My hats are off to the developers and those who contribute to making this game what it is, including those who play it. I have found the behavior, knowledge, and enthusiasm of the games many players to be a refreshing change from the 'kids' one encounters in the on-line gaming platforms of XBOX and Playstation.  :aok  I <salute> you all.

Took more than 6-8 months to get most of the game nuances learned, and a year or more to develop reasonable skills in most aspects of the game.  Am still learning some new, little thing I didn't know from time to time, even after 4 years.

After you've got your addiction firmly established and mainlined the MA's for awhile, try one of the AcesHigh's many 'Designer Drugs' called 'Special Events', such as the Scenarios, FSO, KOTH, AHXRL, etc.  Find them all at "ahevents.org".  They put variety in your flying.

Enjoy the Unfriendly Skies.        It's going to be...  a bumpy ride!    Muuhhhaaaaahaaaaaaaaaa!    :D

Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.

it only gets worse. its not a game its a lifestyle. you ll be checkin you rearview for spits in your car regularly. hit the training page often and check out netaces.org too. welcome to the community

Say goodbye to your formal life. It was bad for me when it was Air Warrior. Now, with AH there is no hope or chance I'll ever go back to my formal life..lol. Great game, great players, it just doesn't get any better than that.
