Just stop Tools.  You're not getting out of this one.

Oh I'm just having fun. In the end, if it's anything like the F4F's it might be a worthwhile and challenging plane to fly against the uber planes on occasion.

Here's a rough comparison with Brewster and some other fighters with similar performance. AH weights have been used where available (100% fuel). Brewster speed on the deck is based on my extrapolation from existing data for continuos (850hp) power setting. It might be suprise to some people that Brewster actually isn't the slowest plane on the deck...

Wow, that looks pretty nice. May be worth noting that the only aircraft significantly faster than it on that list is from 1943, and it has the best armament beside the Hurricane MKIIC.
Based on that chart I would say it may be a fairly popular plane for furballing.

Thanks for the chart, very informative. Do you maybe have an idea how the Brewster stacks up in terms of endurance/range to the Wildcat?

IIRC, FM-2's (haven't really flown F4F much) E6B shows around 25mins of endurance in the MA when you firewall the throttle. For the Brewster in the same situation I'm guessing it'll show roughly 44mins. So with 75% fuel Model 239 will have healthy half an hour of flight time.

I-16 would be very welcome in EW, imho

Yeah. Now you need an early war Soviet fighter, at least for Brewster Events. Most of all since the Brewster probably isn't going to end up all that popular on its own. If its paired up with the Soviet fighters it actually fought in history then the whole thing should bring more players at least into EWA and maybe the MWA.

Special events where the Brewster fights its actual opponents would be a lot of fun. Which means AH has some modeling to do. The I-16 would be a good start. I suspect buzzing around in that would attract a following.

Personally I wish we had every airplane that ever saw combat in the war and twice the Historical events. Pretty much the only missions I fly in LWA are the Historically accurate ones.

Might want to check your math, bravo.

I just counted 78 aircraft and 15 GVs (including the PT boat).
Oh my God, what has the Internet evolved itself into? :huh

Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.
