connection issues

Alright, modified my post again. I've been having problems with my connection, I havn't been discoing but my connection hasn't been steady. I ran pingplotter but not exactly sure what you guys need to see. thanks

Seeing the ping-plotter output (Edit>Copy as Image/Text) and a DXDIAG would be helpful.
