How much differecc does the monitor make??

I have a 19" square style flat moinitor but would I get better results if I had a set up that could cover "High Definition" ?

I went from my PIMPing Samsung monitor to a bog standard laptop monitor, then back to my PIMPing Samsung once again.

The difference is unmistakably HUGE!

IMO it's one of the biggest gaming investments you can make.

The monitor is your visual interface to the game, so sure, any change there will have an impact.

What kind of impact?  Well, that all depends on you.

High definition per se is not necessarily the idea, a 19" screen with wuxga is sharp but still looks small.

A large screen makes a big difference. Despite of what your girlfriend says about it, size does count.  :devil

If by results you mean will your score improve, probably not, but it will look better when your wing is shot off and your falling to the ground.

Then again going to 1920x1200 from, say, 1280x1024 may make your experience worse if the comp cannot provide smooth gameplay at those resolutions...

I hear Silat is so old and decrepit, I hear he plays AcesHigh with a monitor that just displays braille. That is the reason he can't fly in furballs, it makes his fingers hurt, though I hear his x-rated magazines are interesting.
