That one I'm not sure. I know there was an incident of a Russian fighter crashing into a crowd at an airshow where people were killed, but I don't know if that's it.

That accident happened in Ukraine and the jet involved was Ukrainian Air Force's Su-27. It's the worlds biggest airshow accident if one counts the lives lost, 84 were killed and over 100 injured.
