Looks like cheap japanese copy of Ju-88 or Do-17, made by local rice paper company.

Q1W Tokai, it is  

 This is a specialized ASW plane it has radar and MAD gear as part of it's standard equipment, it could carry depth charges and 1 or 2 type 99 20mm canons in the nose, these aircraft were responsible for the sinking of some US sub's.
