Congrats Nova, I did a much much much much easier hike in Yosemite last spring and it nearly did me in. 
I gotta get in shape. :)

Yeah, my legs are shaking just looking at that pic.  I can fly in anything, ride roller coasters, whatever, that doesn't phase me, but being out there on those rocks or something similar freaks me out.

Congrats to you, that had to be a ton of work and something to be proud of.   :rock  For those of us who just can't do it.

Thanks guys.. It was incredible for sure, but I can honestly say that hike was the most physically demanding and crazy thing I've ever done in my entire life, hands down (and I'm definitely no couch potato).. I'd be a happy man never doing it again, but I might be a glutton for punishment somewhere down the road once I forget how much pain I was in..  :devil

WTG.  I will be at the Grand Cayon in August.  Try hike down that one and back up.
