If you have them posted somewhere that you know you can link to use the code = [left square bracket IMG right square bracket] insert the url to your pic here [left square bracket /IMG right square bracket]...no spaces anywhere.

Upload your pics to a site like photobucket. An account there is free. Then copy the IMG link to the pic and post it here.

It will look something like this....
