Why are people so intolerant of newbs?

OK, you all probably know what I'm talking about. A newb desides that his first post shall be about a B-29 and what happens...? BOOM, every body who isn't newb and doesn't want the B-29 starts shouting "USE YOUR SEARCH", and "Why kill the kittens" and posts a picture of a kitten resting his chin on a gun, or "What do you have against kittens", and all that crap instead of actually helping them by telling them where the search is, how to use it, and giving them some tips about the search. They almost never give constructive criticizem either; only flaming.

And all I have to say is...Why?

I heard that some newbs act as spy's for the other team. I don't like that noobs are always asking to join me its annoying!!!

nah lego.....it's usually vets that are guilty of the spying thing.

I agree, but on the flip side, many newbs forget to think before they post...  So the two, at least, cancel each other out...

i don't think it's a lack of thinking......but rather an anxiety to learn.....or they think they have a question that no one has asked.

 kinda like when you see that incredibly hot chick siting all alone at the bar. you muster up your courage, and your best ice breaker...the one that no one has ever thought about. unfortunatly for you, she's heard it a thousand times before. 


i'm just saying what i'm saying, 'cause no one gave me any poop when i was a noob.......i would ask a question, and got help. it still works that way.

 in the help n training forum, akak, and delirium both offered help to aceman in the p38............ooo..so did i, although i'm nowhere near as good as them in it...........<<S>>

If you want to be liked and have all your questions answered for you right away,...... Come in using a girls name. There are plenty of suckers here that will fall for that real quick like.

Because people expect the 13 trainers to do it all?

I wonder how much better the overall game play would be if the new guys asking simple questions that we all know the answers to were told those answers in the MA, and not just told by six or seven people at once to go to the TA?  Granted I'm not in the TA much, but when I am, it seems like half the trainers' time is spent giving basic answers that aren't any big secret to the general population.

Don't get me wrong--it's never a bad idea to suggest meeting up with a trainer.  I'm just saying that every basic "how do I take off?" question answered in the MA is one less the trainers have to deal with.  I'd think that would free up some time for more interesting lessons.
