Hmmm.... i couldn't help but wait expect face huggers and aliens to attack.  It didn't happen. :(

I'm a big Call of Duty fan (have every CoD made), so I can't wait for this game! I like how they took the SAS player for CoD4 (Soap MacTavish), and actually made him a character in Modern Warfare 2 now! That's new!

Does anyone have any idea whether or not Aliens: Colonial Marines will actually be made?

Or on that note, whether MW2 will allow a split-screen co-op campaign?

Ive got all the Cod games as well for PC but I will say I was a little disappointed in the World at War even though it was good to see some Japanese guns for once.

Ive gotten a little tired of the online play in the sense that you can choose any gun you want and doesnt mater what side you are on.  I like the Call of Duty games through Call of Duty 2 when each country had their own set of guns and wish they would go back to that idea.

It's cloudy as far as I can tell...  I google a bit and half the pages are "Has Colonial Marines been cancelled?" with no one seemingly having reliable information.

I hope it does get made...  What good is having a gaming nerd for a girlfriend if no one makes games you can actually play together?  :huh Resistance 1 was great, but then they botched the co-op in Resistance 2, and Call of Duty: World at War was annoying too (it made me beat the 1 player campaign before we could move on in the 2 player campaign).

(PS3, by the way).
