As you all may have noticed, it was 3 in the morning when I wrote this (eastern time).

I like it though, and I think it is one of my better peaces. When this really happened though I was in a corsair and not a 109, but I said 109 to add to the immersion.

 Also I only managed to shoot down the 24 and vulch him 2 more times. But this story sounds like something an old pilot that is not in it for the fight would sound like.

awhhhh mannnnn, why else would you be in it for? it's all about the fight...win or lose ( hopefully win ) but still

keep at it..as someone mentioned before, you should keep a journal of your writings like this .then people can look back on them years down the road.....

DrDea's AAR after a squad night in the DA is still my favorite/funniest one I've ever read.

It'd be cool if guys did stuff like this more often. Maybe have a sticky titled "AARs"

I liked you story, Clone, the changes really sounded likely. At least for me; when I fly P-51, I don't runstang unless I am completly and totally owned.
