You have a weak laptop, it just isn't built for gaming.
          Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU          900  @ 2.20GHz, ~2.2GHz
             Memory: 1916MB RAM
Page File: 1140MB used, 2937MB available
        Windows Dir: C:\Windows
Celeron is slower than most, but yours is ok at 2.2, the problem comes from the ram.  You have very little, and if I'm reading this right, most of your ram is coming out of the page swap on your hard drive. Then you have your video....
Chip type: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
         DAC type: Internal
       Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A42&SUBSYS_FF671179&REV_07
   Display Memory: 830 MB
 Dedicated Memory: 128 MB
    Shared Memory: 702 MB
Mobile Intel isn't a big 3d video chip. On top of that 702 MB of the ram for video is being pulled from your regular ram which is already running swap files because its too low.

You'll have to be happy running the game with the lower graphic settings if you want to use that laptop to play.
