I like my X-52 w/ CH pedals. But for some reason I still get shot a whole bunch.  :huh  Maybe I shouldn't spent da money for flight school on those college girls   :O

I had my logitech wingman for bout 12-14 years (bought it sometime during AW days), never a problem til I knocked it off the desk a few months back and stepped on it ...... using a saitek now that I bought for $1 at an auction and its fine I suppose

the thing to remember about sticks is despite what others may moan and groan about how its improved their game blah blah etc , the most important thing is youre comfortable with it and it actually works

a good pilot can run to their favorite discount store and buy a $10 stick and still be a good pilot...... however buying a $150 CH stick wont make a crappy pilot any better

and remember there are some pretty good pilots who dont even own a stick.....

so like I said, pick the one that feels comfortable to you and has the features you like, let your skill do the rest

I had x52 throttle/joystick and saitek rudder pedals.  frequently had to calibrate joystick.
the little pinky switch broke on the joystick, so I bought a ch fighterstick and use it with the x52 throttle and saitek pedals. Now I really like my setup.

  If your paying 150.00 for any CH gear you paying to much.  There is always posts for new gear.  A full CH setup, stick, throttle, pedals all new will be less then 300.00 and will last you most likely the rest of your gaming life.

I paid $97 w/ shipping for my Fighterstick and $99 w/shipping for my Pro Pedals, bith from ProVantage.

Personally I have used them all. My backup set that I gave to my oldest son is an X-52...I just couldn't see him using my good gear at all.

I used TM way back in the beginning...btw still using the TM Cougar...well not atm since I am in the middle of the modding process after using it since the beginning in standard stock gear with no troubles other than the pot in the throttle getting hosed in a firmware upgrade.

I used CH...just didn't feel right for me...again FOR ME!!!

Would like to try the new logitech G940 when it comes out...but will wait for reviews and real world people experience before spending more cash after I finish my mod job on my Cougar.

Since I didn't say it....you have to try it to decide IF YOU LIKE IT!!! DON'T TAKE ANYONE'S WORD FOR IT.

I've had MS ffb2 good solid stick,  several saiteks.   Some squaddies have broken X52's for fun.

Ive had tons of problems with my 52's, but the last one I picked up, around the time as the Pro's release has been good. I have Saitek pedals also. I was looking very hard into thrustmaster, but i havent really been able to talk to anyone that uses one.
