U have an X52. Not a pro just the first one that came out. I want to get a new one, but not sure what to get. I was wondering what some of the community uses and why they like it.

Same... both the X52's I've got developed the same problems... My CH rudder pedals have been going strong, I've had them a lot longer, too.

CH is the best and lasts forever. Some people complain about the odd lemon or two that CH "might" have put out, but I've had mine for years, and only bought new ones to upgrade to USB from the old gameport style.

You can buy the other sticks over and over again, but you only buy CH once.

i used to use ch stuff back in aw3.


started in ah a few years ago wiht a microsoft sidewinder 2 twisty stick.

went on ebay, and found a decent deal on ch stuff........the f16 combat stick, pro pedals, and pro throttle. all used. it's been about a year and a half now.

 i've always liked ch's stuff.......

Look at the other thread regarding phone support for ch products.  phone lines have been down for a week?  I love my x52 not matter how much i abuse it it wont fail me.

I had an x-52, which is the only stick that adjusts short enough for my thumb to reach the hat switch.  It's gone. And I'm on strike until the responsible party replaces it.

+1  Had my analog set for 12 years.  Just recently went to usb setup.  Feels exactly the same.  Durable

Saitek X52 stick and throttle, would like to try rudder pedals some year.

Had it about 2 - 3 years now and it's still holding up nicely.
