Codemant (what Lute said but in my own words) if you have a twisty stick and you have your rudders mapped to the twisty function it is impossible to input commands in roll or pitch without also inputting yaw. You can widen the deadband of the rudder control in order to allow the aircraft to better hold autopilot but if you still input too much rudder the aircraft will yaw.

Lute my reply was in direct response to your post immediately prior to mine. Jumping back like you did was kind of cute.

Anyone actually jump in a bomber, get airborne, jump in gunner position and jiggle the stick like a crack-addict having a seizure?  Maybe it really does get interpreted by the game as someone moving the controls too fast and then locks the inputs for a few seconds as if you were in the pilot seat doing it.  If so, I'd call it a bug - and I'd also ask why someone would actually jerk the guns around like that.

PS
I hope my spelling and grammar is up to BBS standards.   :D

PPS
I also hope that some day people who wish to ask questions, both verbally and written, would take a few seconds and try to form proper sentences so the rest of us can more easily understand WTF they are talking about.   :aok

There's nothing to fix...
The 'don't move your controls so rapidly' thing is there so you don't move your controls too fast. If you move your controls to fast they'll be locked up. So don't move your controls so fast.

The problem is pretty self evident and until you get a better controller, its something you're probably going to live with unless you follow Lute's suggestion and lessen the deadbands.

Oh, and by the way, the root cause of the problem is your game pad and not the game.  Get a better controller and the problem will go away, unless you buy even a more crappier controller than you have now.

you guys are not getting it, it's not the rudder, it's the gunner(the dude that shoots duhhh), when moving the freakin' Gunner too fast it makes compression happen, the freakin' rudder control is not the problems... man, ppl these days

I think we've all given this thread more than it deserves.  It's obvious the OP is in need of a kind of help that we here can't give.

OK, so HTC needs to fix the problem with your controller or you're going to quit?

Before you say, "It's not the controller...."
