Ok starting from the top:

System is taking 74MB of memory when it should be around 240KB

PunkbusterA&B <--Can't dump that if you have a game that uses Punkbuster but you can stop the processes.

Some red flags there...

Google Toolbar notifier is useless and is a waste of space, I would suggest deleting all of those red programs if they are not ABSOLUTELY needed and then defragment your PC. Get rid of AVG and immediately replace with another anti-virus. Kaspersky is the one i use but there are others. I believe there are about 2-3 anti-virus threads in here, maybe more, check em out sometime.
