1. Be a better example to my children of how to live, love and and enjoy life...
2. Be a better husband...
3. Find the great love of my life and marry her...DONE!
4. Travel to Scotland, Norway, Sweden, Finland and St. Petersburg all in one trip.
5. Spend a month sailing and diving around Greece.
6. Write a book about my life...The Choices - Good and Bad and where they have led me...that is my working title...its all I have.
7. Spend a few weeks living off the land and living like my ancestors did when they first came into this part of the country. Just to have an understanding of what it took.
8. Travel the route that Julius Ceasar took from Rome to Britain and back across the Rubicon. If possible hike some of it just to say I stepped where great men in history followed a great leader.
9. Work an archeological dig somewhere and learn about a culture long gone.
10. In the end be remembered for the fact that I lived, loved and took care of my family.

1) Make a difference
2) Go back to Europe and spend time seeing it as a civilian
3) Find a job (this is more of an immediate wish!)
4) Go back to Philmont with my son, and climb Baldy Mountain
5) See my son become an Eagle Scout
6) Get all of the leaders, from all the countries in the world in one room, and ask them "WTF?" Then not let them leave until they work it all out. (Yeah... will never happen, but a guy can dream right?)
7) See the pyramids in Egypt.
8 ) Go back to college, and do something I WANT to do.
9) Give my daughter away at her wedding.
10) Spend the rest of my life with my wife... and have fun in whatever we do.

1) Make it past High School graduation with my sanity intact.
2) Have a good college fund and savings, as in, more than $20,000 in each.
3) I want to somehow get my girlfriend's dad to not attempt to break my arm when I propose to his little girl, once we are of a good age. (He
was a frickin' body builder, okay? He still has most of that muscle, and it is difficult to not be intimidated by those guns!)
4) Somehow make it past 40 with my health still intact. I refuse to become a diabetic like both of my folks.
5) Get a job.
6) Attend my uncle's funeral after he has been shot climbing out a 30 year old woman's window by her husband. (That is actually how he wants
    to die. Crazy old coot.)
7) Figure out what else I would like to do with my life.

While many biogerontologists (scientists who study aging) find SENS "worthy of discussion", some contend that de Grey's programme is too speculative given current scientific research, referring to it as "fantasy rather than science", and the product of "extreme arrogance".

Taking the importance of the self to new extremes of arrogance.

How can anyone feel that they are so important that they deserve to live indefinitely? Young men and women are out in the middle east right now having their lives blown away by warfare mostly due to the rapidly growing population of our planet. And we are only living longer nowadays and growing in population even as mortals. Those young soldiers....lost lives...so unimportant to the person who thinks they are important enough to live vastly longer than nature intended.

extreme arrogance.
