He didn't last year, was up all night on December 24th and 25th, to no avail. 
I know 100% that he did it two years ago because I was there. As for last year I was searching for him on the 24th and the 25th did not see him, however one of my squadies said they sow him but I don't remember when.
I was around when we had full night in the MA's, and at least in my opinion it sucked. Couldn't see a thing and having a good fight was really difficult.
well your right having a
good fight was difficult, but I sure got
A LOT of easy perked kills because everyone took something perky and fast to chase HiTech and they were so busy with him that they did not check there own six.
