I disagree.  Maybe what I should have said, or requested  a sticky saying "X piece of machinery is not planned to be introduced because....."

There, by generalization, I have discarded the stigma of requesting  said bomber.

B29 is not an "instant-action" plane for the masses. Most would have too little patience to fly it right.

Didn't anyone hear?? Waffle and Greebo are working on the B-29 now. Hitech has had enough of this whining and is going to just add it!

It's been made.........  They have been updating the model now for about 2 years.

I wouldn't put it past the HTC staff to have created some planes such as the B-29 in their very limited free time, and are withholding it, just to bug us, and because they haven't heard an efective way of implementing it into the game.



And you know what ridely1? I wish we would stop trying to get thread types banned, or to get people to stop posting threads. It's NOT going to happen. Most people agree that there shoud be no nuke, if that is what your worried about. And to be honest, I bet a lot of people who oppose the B-29, oppose it because it will decrease their KTD ratio if they attack it. I'm a lousy shot, but I can take out the bombers we have with a P-51B, so I think other planes with cannons can deal with the B-29.

It's more like people oppose the B-29 because they really don't want to see a very late-war bomber aircraft turned into a bloated suicide-jabo by a typical MA gamin'-the-game-dork, flying 500ft over enemy airfireld to drop hangars, or go headlong smack in the middle of a CV taskforce and KO it, before getting blown back to the tower.
