OH NO!!!! Binary has infiltrated the dimensions! ;)

Some interesting material there. Thank you for sharing.

There are some theories that allow for 26 dimensions....

Well if you want to get technical there are theories that allow infinite dimensions but are widely regarded as highly improbable. Unless its changed in the last year the highest number of dimensions with a workable theory was 26, its called the super string theory. Most of the other viable theories have 10 while some even go down to five or six. On the other hand they could all be wrong and we might be stuck at four.

Yeah, but what happens when the moon is in the seventh sun?

Ok, it lost me after the 4th Dimension. :huh

Though physisits come up with some interesting stuff. For example, parallel universes always fascinated me. Basically, there are an infinite amount of parallel universe where anything is possible. For example, in one parallel universe, I am the ultimate fighter pilot who never gets shot down. But in another, I am just a squeker who annoys the crap out of everyone (That might be this one :D)

actually last I heard the super string theory did not hold water. The newest version is the "M-Theory" which postulates 11 dimensions and it seems its math is holding up.

11th dimension is gravity related.

One question...

Doesn't this all sound like a bunch of bull?

We live in the third dimension... 3-D.  It's 3D because we can see things in depth, width, and length.  Nothing else.

If there ARE other dimensions, we have no way of knowing that simply because none of us have been to any others. (that I know of)
So basically, this is all cool on writing, but its really nothing more than that.  Just writing and theories.  After all, none of us can prove other dimensions exist, why have an entire branch of physics to figure it all out?

Just wondering, I dont want to sound like a total sweetheart.

I thought it was the seventh house?

But surely, Jupiter will align with Mars.

Sorry for the double post, but I remember reading up on something called "Astral projection"
It is basically having an out of body experience...

However... There are such things as Astral Planes.  We are in the third Astral Plane (sound familiar?) All objects in our realm can be interacted with...

One step above is our physical world, with more to it.  Random things floating about... However, we cannot see them in OUR realm, but in this realm, we can be seen.  Basically, it's like a one way mirror, and we have the mirror side.  We can't see through it, but what/whoever is in the fourth realm can see us.

When you Astral Project, you enter the fourth plane, but there are ways to enter the higher and lower ones.

Apparently, there are several planes, and the higher you go, the better it gets, with the last being basically, our version of heaven.
Ironically, there are only 2 levels below us, with the 1st being hell.  Isn't that nice?

The only reason I can believe all this is because people can Astral Project.  In fact, when you dream, you are astral projecting.  However, when people Astral Project, they often don't realize it.  You can train yourself to Astral Project and visit all these realms, but it takes years of meditation.

I suggest looking it up.  There are websites meant for explaining things better than a 14 year old can.

The 4th dimension (time) is pretty undeniably real
The other stuff is a bit hard to swallow, but it's backed up more or less by math I guess so take it how you will. Who knows, 100 years from now they might think, 'man what were they thinking?!', or this kind of stuff might be exploited and practically used, and people may think 'how could people function without this knowledge?!'.

Of course, if we could make use already of the 6th dimension we could already figure that out :D

If you can swallow this than I find it hard to believe you couldn't wrap your mind around the video originally posted... this seems REALLY far-fetched to me...

Hehe... looked up 'astral projection' on Wikipedia...

"Astral projection (or astral travel) is an esoteric interpretation of a type of out-of-body experience that assumes the existence of an "astral body" separate from the physical body and capable of traveling outside it.[1] Astral projection is experienced as being "out of the body".[2] Unlike dreaming or near death experiences, astral projection may sometimes be practised deliberately as well as occuring spontaneously."

"what's 'esoteric'?"
