Photographs of aircraft guns
« on: May 19, 2001, 02:27:00 AM »
Can you help me?  I am looking for photographs of aircraft guns to illustrate a new book.  The guns can be either by themselves or installed in aircraft (in which case it is helpful if the guns are visible, i.e. in flexible mountings or turrets, or where they are fuselage or wing-mounted, preferably shown with inspection covers off).  I am interested in guns of all periods from pre-WW1 to the present day, and of all nationalities.  The photos do not have to be contemporary, ones taken in museums are fine.

I'm happy to pay for good pictures, and any which are used will have their supplier acknowledged in the book.  It is most important that there should be no copyright problems.

If you think you can help me, please contact me at: autogun@globalnet.co.uk
