i like the new pt ! good looking boat!   i also noticed the wake on shore for lvt's.
the best part is the ability to get the nose of the pt ahwash in a turn/turn back, i think that tells me the depth of the water has changed, and/or seaplanes are coming maybe   ????
Flying since tour 71.

I'm curious about the provisions they've added for expanding the ordinance options. Are they going to use the same "Wings / Fuselage / Rockets" selection scheme as we have now, or is it going to be split up? Maybe with the option to outfit each pylon manually?

Be great being able to say "I want the drop tank on my RIGHT pylon" in the F4U-1D/C and 4 to balance the plane in the absence of the wing fuel tanks.

Welp, those werble turrets have a very heavy feel.

Good news for the x52 guys, those profiles have been updated. Hope that works out for those users.

Or maybe allowing you to sling a 2,000 lb bomb on the center pylon and 2 1,000 lb. bombs on the wing pylons, like Lindbergh did on 9/12/44 and 9/13/44 on targets at Wotje Island.

Or maybe allow some historical loadouts like either taking rockets on the wings or bombs instead of both at the same time (which P-38s did not do in real life).

Or maybe optional ordnance packages like 2,000 lb or even 3,000 lb bombs, HVARs and AP rounds for the B-25H, etc.

I'm very intrigued by the possibilities.

I've been wanting the 2k center pylon bomb for a LONG time (I have it on the wishlist forum).

Oh, and Tiny Tims!

You do realize that your precious F4Us will become the bomb-truck in lieu of the 110g, P-47N, P-38L, etc., right?   :P

THANK YOU for addressing the Wirble!!!
Yes I agree with you on the Wirble. But, BOOOO leave the Ostie alone!

Periscopes and torpedoes? (key the Jaws music). I only know of 1 sub to sub kill in WW2.

My question is with the Pt boats. When firing all guns, do they aim together as well now?

Both Ostie and Wirbel have the same hand-cranked rotation mechanism. But in game, I think the Ostie will be "suffering" less from the reduced speed, as it's nowadays mostly used against buffs at low & medium altitudes

And yes, all PT guns fire & aim together now. 4 machineguns, a 20mm, a 37mm and a 40mm cannon.... inferno!  :devil
