I saw a comercial about it on the history channel, tried it, and I was hooked. Damnit, its like drugs.

ugh.....i saw the same commercial, d/l'ed the game, and OMG, it was like cocaine to an old addict thats been clean for years......i just cant stop playing games like this.

My grandfather flew P-47's in WWII, my dad is a pilot and also was in the air force.. Been into airplanes my whole life and this is as close as I can get to flying these kind of birds..

But I think we saw the EXACT same commercial. Was it the one with the SDB dauntless dogfighting the zero?

Fossil got me into it about 2001 - started off as Elguapo. The real Elguapo came back, been Bonden ever since. I leave, I come back and etc. etc. and etc.

Started on AW back in the 90's got hooked on the game  , left in 98-99. Came back about 3yrs. ago. Definitely helps keep stress levels down, plus where else can I hear GHI butcher the English language.

 haha, i think it was, but i always thought it was a F4F, oh well, small world, no?

Pretty sure it was a flight of dauntless getting jumped by some zeros till it was just one on one. Gunner wasn't any good in a turning dogfight and so he had to beat the zero on his own....
