I believe the EW time period ends on Dec 7 1941, when the US and Japan entered the war...
Love the Nipponese tanks, but they'd be MW units.... Oh, wait a sec, they were fighting in China... NVM!!!
Does the war in China apply to WWII?   I suppose it does...  What Tanks did they use in china?

Wasn't china involved in WWII? It was attacked by Japan so I guess so. There were 2 T28's built and it was built during WW2 around 1943 I'd guess (couldn't find a time) so no.

And if we only get 5-6 GV's then I'd say

PanzerIII
M3 stuart
M13/40
Type 97 chi-ha
Bt-7 or 7a
Italian 90mm autocane

Feel free to make suggestions. On friday I'll ask Scuzzy to turn this into a poll so we can vote on our favorite 5 and then HTC gets to pick.

And while I'm on the subject, can we get the T34 changed to MW? I know it would technically qualify for EW, but it came in at the end as RC pointed out, AND were filling out the set here so I'll add the BT-7/7a to the list
No need to move the T-34/76 out of EW if there was a smattering of early war tanks added to the set.  The logical thing to do would be to apply a light perk to it instead.

maybe a m22 locust?
Although similar in many ways to early-war tanks, the Locust was designed to be dropped with airborne troops in special gliders.  IIRC, their only combat use was during Operation Varsity in 1945, making it a late war tank.

hmmm, well maby not a light perking as there are so many people who are expert and can EASILY reach a small perk price. After my first tank sortie I could buy the tiger....

Can we have the T34/76 perked around 15?

Pz38t
Type 95 Ha-go
Type 97 Chi-ha

Italian 90mm autocane
M3 75mm GMC
M12 155mm "Long Tom" self propeled artillery piece
Type 1 Ho-ha
DUWK
Diahatsu landing craft
Type 2 amphibious tank.

The ones we really need are

PanzerIII
M3 stuart

They read these boards. No reason to email them. Can guarantee they've been through this thread at least once.

So really the EW tanks are

Panzer III If you mean the j1 model
M3 stuart
M3 Lee
Matilda MkII good gosh NO; rather have the Valentine
Crusader MkI  as much as I want a Crusader in the game, I'd rather see the mkIII in MW than the mkI in EW
Char 1B eh, i guess the French deserve something
M13/40  :rock
Pz38t rather have this than the Pz IIIe
Type 95 Ha-go better the Type 97
Type 97 Chi-ha
BT-7 If we get the M3 Stuart, don't need this
BT-7a  :rock

Some others we want are
MarderII turetless, open top/back TD; no thank-you
Italian 90mm autocane big as a M8, soft as a jeep, needs to be stopped to fire; uggh (& I LOVE the Italians BTW)
M3 75mm GMC don't need it if we get the BT-7a
M12 155mm "Long Tom" self propeled artillery piece  Late War toy
Type 1 Ho-ha
DUWK
Diahatsu landing craft
Type 2 amphibious tank. MW toy, but totally  :rock
