And here is something important that you might want to consider......none of us can help em if they aren't listening to what we tell em and screaming into the mic about whats happening to them.  :old:

I had to ask one to shut it the other day, so we could hear 6 calls during a good fight.  He was so busy telling everyone how he was so wonderful and how he was gonna make mince meat of some other pilot.

Would have been way better if he had just done it instead.   :joystick:

Then kept his mouth shut.

Why?   Cause if you do fairly well in AH many hear about it and just by word of mouth you begin to get RESPECT.  :old:

Yep that's how you get it <sigh> you EARN IT by doing it not by demanding it.  :old:

We are not your parents or members of your family or you neighbors or even your friends and therefor we don't have to be nice to you or listen to you or respect you if you haven't SHOWN us you deserve any of it.  :huh

Now all that said............

As Chalenge said I too have flown with squeakers and enjoyed it!  But that has proven to have been a very rare thing!

And there have been so called squeakers that have done extremely well and gotten DESERVED RESPECT in AH.  :old:

I agree with most replies here.

I can not take the high pitched, non-stop, totally useless information over voxx channel.

Years ago we didnt have voxx, all we had was typing by text.

Maybe you young fellars should start there.  God knows your handle on the written language could use a little refinement.  It's a tool that may prove to be very important in the not so distant future.

Like several who have posted before me, I do not have a problem with most squeakers. Just the incessant jibber jabber that is not operational in nature. I'm cool with the occasional question or two, we've all had them, it's just the 'wow there is a birdnest in that palmtree' stuff combined with elevated voice of a non testosterone lil feller who's acorns haven't dropped yet.
I will tell you what I do have more of an issue with, and that's the language on range. My 12 year old plays some while I am travelling. He never speaks on vox ever, simply replies in text. It's unfortunate that he has to hear the things that he does while trying to play a game that is for everyone's enjoyment, not just for the 18 and older crowd. It's to the point where if he ups a GV, he has to guess where the bad guys are, or watch for incoming rounds because we have to turn the sound off. That's just not right. I'd welcome a squad of high pitched squeakers who maintain vox etiquette over one foul mouthed 'adult' any day.

The only one's that really bother me are the individuals that want to join you over and over and never ask. On ocassion I  might allow on and when I do dot accept it says soandso did not try to join you.  :lol

the other day one asked me"do you copy me"i replyed "yes but you mic is a bit like having the car window down"he replyed"no me its your mic my pc is top of the range etc etc"i reply"i been talking to sqaudmates my mic is ok"he shouted back well i dont know what he said his mic was shot to bits so i never replyed back and hit wep so i can get out of range

i say get them there own country like pawns and leave us alone :x

This isn't World of Warcraft where the squeakers are the rule/norm.  Quite the opposite actually; they are the exception.  No, squeakers are not the "future", as they are not the demographic that AH caters to.

In reference to the Squad comment. I have and we do. But when we were conducting ORGANIZED operations in an area (taking a base) we were doing well. Then some people came around range and said "ha you guys cant take a base, Squelch lol isnt this funny, Its a mouse family. The insulted players left and I was without a squad bar a couple of people. That has made me angry that I lost some good friends like that and so I formed SQUEAKING DEATH and we continue to this day recruiting the Squeakers who all of you guys booted out.

So lilsquid has a point and I have raised the same point 3 times before hand and each time been shouted down by a group of A***** who dont seem to appreciate our subscription fee's and our participation. I am a member of the CJ's and a well liked one at that ( I think but UnclKurt picked sheep over me ;)) and have been a member of this game for 2 years. And aside from the scorewhors and the hotheads I have not been squelched by anyone.

JRJolly is in the same position as me as is most of my squad a group of guys here to play. And while middle age is the norm, acting like 9 year olds by picking on the the different shows that you are no better than we are.

P.S: I know some of us younger guys get arragont but look at some of the 20 year olds. Its called hormones, and I bet when you were our age you were just as bad. Unless of course youre dad is like mine who would wallop me if I got out of line :D
