AH film viewer crashes

When I try to view films created by other people I get the following crash..

Unhandled exception at 0x004c14cd in ahfilm.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000424.

Its related to terrain. I discovered that if I don't have the terrain, it crashes. If I have the terrain it works fine.
