Yep he opens fire on a crowd, sowing fear and terror, and he will be executed by being put to sleep.  Yep that's fair.  Get rid of lethal injection and bring back the old forms of execution, maybe then some of this crap will stop.

If the anti-capital punishment folks are one to be believed, lethal injection is supposed to be very painful and not all that humane.  Honestly, I hope it is like they say, gives the soon to be executed a few minutes of living Hell, just like the final moments of their victims.
