So twitchy is married to a chess piece.

I usually switch to lowest number side. I look for the fights.... so if you like farming you probably won't see much of me. I like to be low and slow in my 38.

I just post this for twitchy... since he is new. Twitch if you don't want me on your side try the DA Lake.... I never fly there.

There used to be a twitchy that flew here a long while back..... don't remember him having a chip on his shoulder.

Why don't you discuss it, and I'll pretend like I'm listening to you, that way you can get your egomania dosage and I can waste more of your valuable time. LOL
Honestly, I don't care mashertaters, the last AH film I watched was Rod367th getting owned then crying about it for two hours, and a missing man film for a fallen Pig. You're not getting anywhere with me like that, if you want to impress me, do it in the game.
I don't have a chip on my shoulder, Shuffler, I probably just don't like these guys.

Nope, by all means post lots of films and sit in the DA waiting for me.

What?  I was talking to Lusche about how you wouldn't understand what he was trying to say related to how ENY works.  I was correct.

Apparently I should have immedeately replied to myself and told me that I am wasting my time and that you would never understand.

I understand how ENY works, it limits plane sets mathematically based on forum hogs' ability to whine about being outnumbered.
-Twitchy

Which is fine at 8pm est. when there's 500 players and something can be done about it. At four in the morning, when there's only a 10 player difference between lowest and highest numbers, this is the epitomy of ridculousness.

Either way the difference was no more than 10 players between the highest and lowest numbers.

You are still using absolute numbers instead of relative values. "no more than 10 players" sounds so little. 30 Players to 20 is "just 10 players" - and 50% advantage actually. Same as 300 to 200.

I used to play EW arena, where "just 10 players" meant one side steamrolling the whole arena...

So why limit the plane sets? Add more perk points to the outnumbered as an incentive, or make their ack more accurate during times of hardship. Limiting what planes can be flown is fine until the ENY gets up to close to thirty and we're fighting tempests with TBMs, then it's a joke. Great for score hounds who can switch sides and clean up on the TBM's and SBD's, I guess I'd be all for it too, but ENY at four in the morning is silly.

If your're reduced to "fighting Tempests with TBMs" (which isn't actually true to begin with) you have a massive numerical advantage.

You can't have both - either huge numerical advantage or "top gear". But you want both. That's all it is about.

This is going to shock you so hold on to your seat for a second here... I don't care about advantages or disadvantages, I want to fly with the knights as I have for ten years now, and I don't want the game telling me I can't fly the planes I enjoy and pay for. I know that's a difficult concept to understand for a lot of people, but there's other ways of catering to hoarde whiners without limiting the plane sets. Especially at 4am.

Wow from what I see... this guy coming back should be looked on as a bad day in AH.

The game you pay for is the game you pay for. ENY is part of the game... if it was that big of a deal you'd be elsewhere.

Yeah. It would be a real shame to get a difference of opinion on here wouldn't it. You're a real class act yourself and I hope to be just like you someday if I could just get my nose that far in.  :aok

Not anything against Shuffler on this point, but his and other ‘side switching’ posts got me pondering the ethical implications.  You see a horde on your country or maybe an NOE mission, is it OK to change and up against it?  How about CV positions of the country from which one just transferred?  One can’t block out all memories, or else I wouldn’t remember my first wife.  But seriously, at what point does changing sides become sleazy?

There are plenty of great planes available >20 ENY.  You need to broaden your personal plane set.

I've seen just a few of your posts and already I can tell your going to get run over by a train....
