SNOW...........
« on: December 04, 2009, 09:52:05 AM »
Deer Park just east of Houston. It is snowing pretty heavy.

Please increase your carbon footprint. Save us........................

Last year I had 6 inches in my yard. Extremely rare down here.

For those that do not know..... Deer Park is where the San Jacinto Monument is...... where we defeated Gen. Santa Anna.

Me and Shuffler took him out together.  That is why there was no Santa in AH on Christmas Eve last year.  We feed on the whines.   :bolt:

I think perhaps i'll put some lights on my camaro, and register it as antique(no nj inspection that way), and drive it for a bit.

think a 820 hp 540 with an 1100cfm carb and 4.86 gears will help? :devil

LOL shuf, good to see ya getting some of the white stuff,we had our first 3 weeks ago and they're calling for up to 15 inches over the next 2 days.

Lastnite it was so cold we had to bring the lead dog into the igloo to help warm the place up.

When it gets real cold,a 3 dog nite,we're real glad we still use dogsled up here in the Great White North....... :devil

Now see what sense does this make.  Shuffler's down near Houston getting snow, and us fine people in VA have yet to see any.  It's ok, we're supposed to get it tonight or tomorrow night hopefully.  This will be the first year that Max, our Siberian Husky has seen snow, I can't wait for that.

Nothing in San Antonio or Bandera where we are. It's just cold.
