Pyro : 109 G-10

<punt>

Finally got a scanner...

--edit--

Hey HTC, will you consider adding the extended tailwheel to the G10?  I have a profile of the actual aircraft the current 109 was redesigned to represent and it had the extended tailwheel, which was designed to make landing easier for novices, but is one of the features of the G10 that stand out, but is missing on the AH model!

Thanks,

Nath29

That would be nice. I just hope it won't be too fragile then

I thought the tailwheel type depended on which factory made the tail assembly? Some G10 had the long one, some had the short one I believe?

Tailwheel ?!?

As shown on this picture, AH's 109G-10 is already way over modelled, no more wheels

That plane shows no wear... looks unrealstic for a Defense of the Reich aircraft.

Sure, few 109G or K were really war weary. They lasted one day or two ...   Bring on the 190D-9!

What?...

First of all thats a G10 with skyblue/white/skyblue DOTR fuselage bands... meaning its a JG 300 aircraft, JG 300 was disbanded at the beginning of April '45, the G10s started entering service around September 44. Also, around December/January it was decided that production would be focused on the K model 109, the only other 109 variant that was made at the time is the G14 which the aircraft in that picture definatly is not... so thats means that the aircraft HAD to have seen service, right?

D-13 please not D-9 ;p

Nath, it was a joke  . I love the Bf109G and or K. I got the pic here:

I consider Thomas Tullis a very good artist.
Anyway, bring the D-9 or the D-13 but bring a Dora to AH!

Nath:

Sure, add the tailwheel... and the reduction in top speed.

You want battle worn planes... and a Fw 190D-13.  Since only prototypes were built, that will be a hard combination to achieve.
