Am I the only one who thinks that sounds like a request for .50's in the Ju88?

Yes.

BR, I like the sound of the idea. +1  :aok

+4 on yes.

If you're not going to get out of the house, read a book.

Mosquito fighters tangled with Ju88 fighters over Norway on multiple occasions.  Mosquito FB.Mk VIs vs Ju88C-6s mostly I believe.

Thing is guys its a variant, takes virtually nothing to build one because the work is already done.

Just a matter of swapping out the ord packages.

I'm pretty sure the -Cs only had 1x MG/FF (20mm) and 3x MG17 (7mm) guns. The G had the improved firepower, carrying 2x MG151/20s fixed forward, and 2 in upward firing positions in night fighters.

I think it'd be cool to tool around in a Ju88 fighter, but sitting duck against most planes attacking it ;)

It's like a Ju87, light on controls and nimble, but still can be killed.

I saw some film of this shot from a naval vessel at one time.  Wish I could recall where I saw it though.

Please expand on that wrong way. I don't really get what you mean by that. He said something like "a weapon loadout simmilar to that of the B-25H". Forgive me for thinking that, aside from the 75mm, the B-25 carrys only .50's.

He meant the different weapon packages similiar to how the B-25 has various weapon packages, for example the B-25C.

The Fw 190 did not have over 500 variants during the war unless you count factory and field kits. And that's just silly.
