By it's very nature, OC'ing is an organic, device specific process. Even if I had the exact same components, settings that were 100% stable for me might well leave you reinstalling a corrupt Windows installation again. So the truth is that knowing what others are doing with the same RAM is of only marginal use to you anyway.
The best way to prevent the corrupt Windows installation is a two step process. First, while doing the original "gross run up" on settings, disconnect the internal harddrive and determine gross stability by using MemTest, and when you think you have reached the maximum settings boot a Linux Live CD and run that for a bit before switching back to your internal hard disk with Windows.
And before you do switch to Windows, prepare a 2nd hard drive with a drive copy tool (Clonezilla is free) and work from the cloned drive, so if you do trash your Windows installation, it's easy to "restart".
