I bought my first car from the lemon lot at yokota AFB. 84 Toyota Vista. We used to call it the DB Minnow (DB = Drunk Bas*****) since we would get lost for hours on end tryin to figure Tokyo out.

my first car was a dodge colt  :O  lol paid for that baby myself!!  :rock  what a POS.....
I raised two wild Angus range calves, grained them, beefed them up, took them to the sale and wanted a 69 Mustang, candy apple green. My dad took me & my money to a little old lady's house & bought her 1966 Chevy Biscayne. It was near cherry except the paint job. I had never been garaged & was all oxydated. It had 43,000 miles and was babied mechanically. My dad was pretty smart, 'cause I would have crashed that Mustang. It was HOT! Plus I had money left for tires insurance & sound. The good ol' days.  :old:

Good post 2ADoc, well said and well understood.

But since we're talking about first cars, 1991 Honda Accord LX, ~140,000k, $1200.  Started working at a restaurant at 15.

Got my first car from my grandparents, they actually offered it to me a few months earlier but at first I turned them down, it was an 83 Ford Fairmont and at the time I was driving my fathers 93 Grand AM, but I got tired of having no car until after he got home from work, or having to bring it home at night, so I broke down and accepted the car from my grandparents, the car was a beast, it only had an AM radio in it, eventually I got it painted all black(it was maroon to start) and put in a CD player which was unbelievable difficult, took 7 hours, but it was my car and even though it wasn't the greatest car in the world it was my own, and it had a very roomy back seat if you know what I mean ;).

What about the Super Secret Squeaker Wing?? Will they be infiltrating?

They've been doing well drinking lots of Ovaltine to aquire enough decoder rings for their first operation. Many have ruined several pairs of pants in the process.

LMFAO :x

My first car was a Triumph.

I'm not sure if things have gotten better since, or worse.  :headscratch:

First car was a 1980 Camaro, T-Tops, complete spoiler package all the way around. Fast as as an SOB. I LOVED that car. Unfortunatly its now a toaster somewhere in Iowa, I hit a deer with it, and blew out the front tire, I Hit 4 trees doing about 60mph. I was ok, the car, well  not so much.

Ive been driving 2500 series Silverados eversince.
