I popped 2 tigers sittin on a hill campin  just a few nights ago.
   They kilt me twice but dats all they git.
  upped a heavy hog and dumped tard rocks all over um, broke the campin trip up right there.
if you can't break up the camp site you aint doin it right !

Now to the subject at hand...

Campers always have been, and they always will be.  Two things that you can do to get to them.  You can egg them, or you can just keep upping until you shoot them all.  Both options are feasible.  It can be done.  I have done it to others, and it has been done to me.  Most of all, do not put yourself into the campee position unless you are absolutely committed to breaking the camp.

The tanks magically appearing is totally unrealistic also! Realism would be if you had to drive that tank form one base to another (no spawns)! Its a game get over it! Of course that's MHO!

I have yet to see a game (cept maybe checkers) where spawn camping doesn't happen. AH has the easiest spawn camps to break honestly. Up a plane, drop a bunch of round, shiny, explosive thingies then RLH.

  The reason they camp is to gather many kills and land them. It's fun to break that camp and deny them from landing. Nothing like chasing a smoking Tiger as he tries to return to base or bomb his perks into oblivion. 
   If you are worried about points spawning GV's may not be for you.

There was a green horde of tanks encircling a spawn point where a single enemy kept upping.  I swooped in with a B5N and actually got him before a dozen rounds from every direction found their mark.  I was scolded that doing so would stop him from upping.  When I asked how was that different from twenty tanks vulching the spawn, I was told "We're defending."

Actually what you need is the ability to "spawn" an AT gun. Not only would it be tough to see but you'd need HE rounds to kill it.
