I think they do. I was GV busting with them yesterday, and I couldn't get used to the larger drop, even at D200 I missed. Kinda embarassing.

If you're at a relatively low angle of attack you've got to let the GV dissapear under the nose before you fire.  I landed that six kill sortie without a rearm.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

I was diving in at a 45* angle as best I can tell. For some reason, I just couldn't hit with them. I even set salvo for 12, and, fired while sweeping the nose across the target, and STILL missed. I guess I was just having an off day.

I always fire 1 from about 1.0 out to get a feel for the trajectory, compensate accordingly, then let the rest rip.

The rockets on the 190F8 are shape charged and deadly.  There are a few ways to utilize them, but you shouldn't have to shoot more than 2 or 3 at a time.   You just have to be good at repeating the exact same dive trajectory on each run, so you know the drop factor.

I generally salvo two rockets at a time, at just under 600 yards, and compensate my run slightly left or right, as both rockets you salvo will leave the same wing. A single hit kills just about anything.

I will add, that the T34 seems a little resistant.  I don't have any hard numbers, but when practicing offline, I have a much harder time killing them in my standard ~40 degree dive plan.  A tiger is particularly weak in the "normal " areas to these rockets. Panzers and Shermans.... I shoot one rocket at a time.

I generally attack T34's from a higher angle of incidence, probably ~70 degrees, and go for a back deck hit by the turret seam.

There are a few great gunsights out there that deal solely with the drop of the F8's rockets as well.   Since I value my GV time, I will not help you more than that.

My personal best was on a particularly hot and heavy GV-only attack on a field  There were probably 20 or so GV's multiple reuppers, piling on a medium base.  I landed 14 kills on two rearms...with only rockets.  (36 rockets...firing two at a time, only missed a few times...and was invariably called a cheating hack   :neener:)

Any particular gunsites you guys like to use, or attack angles on particular tanks? I've only killed a tank after firing all 12 after a few passes...I'll stick to my 234 most of the time. :)

I haven't been able to kill any GV with them, Tracked one, smoked one, but no kill. I like killin' unwary bombers or cruising attack aircraft. Shockes the crap outa them. Newbs usually get on typing "Where'd that AAA Come From?"   :rofl

And that have the drop for the 25H's 75?

And would you mind PM'ing me the gunsights? I can't aim either way, so you're safe. Sides', we might be on the same side, I fly rook mostly.
