Last time i watched a super bowl was 20 years ago.  Personally i think it is over rated.  what about the rest of you?

If you don't like Superbowl Sunday you need your man card revoked.

Plus the Who (well, at least Roger Daltry and Pete Townshend) are playing for the half time show this year!

I'm not a fan of how they make the super bowl pre-game/half-time show so happy go lucky/family oriented.  But I understand why they do it.

On a side note, why have pre-game shows become so long and fairly stupid.  I think ESPN was running 6 hour pre-game shows for their MNF games.  Is there that much to really talk about for one game?  And more isn't always better when it comes to commentators.  I don't need 6 guys sitting at a huge desk just repeating sports stats fed to them my statistic jockies and then them spewing their non-sense.

The only commenatators/writers I really enjoy (at least in football) are:
Dan Patrick
Peter King (for the most part)
Dr. Z
Rich Eisen

Shannon Sharpe, Warren Sapp, Michael Irvin, John Madden, Troy Aikman, Joe Buck, Jim Rome, Colin Cowherd, Steven A. Smith, Jimmy Johnson, and a few other no names I can't think of off the top of my head.  Please DIAF.

I have to agree, ESPN Monday night football crew is horrible, as well as most everyone elses except troy aikman and Joe Buck. CBSs first team is alright.

Have any of you seen the crazy Prop bets on the Superbowl, like will a member of the Who smash a guitar on stage, or how many times will they show Kim K on T.V., or what color will the Gatorade be that dumped on the coach?

Overrated game is less overrated than the pro bowl.
