Tryied with and with out catylyst will use the driver sweeper now thanks keep you posted.

Tried with no sucess. I'm starting to think it's something with direct x some webpages also are not loading correctly.

Well, there is an outside chance that something on that video card is going bad. If you don't get any errors installing the drivers...check the device manager and see if it's picking up a problem with that card.

Thanks for all the help. I got it. I never changed display settings to 16 bit color from the default of 8 bit. I got one test run and ran a pretty frame rate of 60 to 40. now the snow has knocked out Internet. This was a huge improvement from the previous card. Will post more when I get internet back
