But I've seen alot of people know where the greatest threat was and still go after the lessor threat first because it was the easier target

Some people can kill one target of opportunity while evading/keeping at arm's length, more serious threats.

I enjoy killing people while their hordeling friends look helplessly on, unable to get a  gun solution on me.

it is SA, if they decide to go after the lesser threat, that is there choice, they decided through their SA, what target to go after.
