lol JD , i just came out with a 27 kills and 1 death on recon in 2 missions, i like using hunting techniques when doing recon, i actually worked my way to behind the enemy and man it was a field day with my trusty sniper rifle, went 14 and 0 in that round then 13 and 1 next, to many people started using me for a spawn point so i had to keep on the move or id get killed, But that's how a successful snipers were IRL they never stayed in one spot, you do you DIE !!, and my friends list is up, so once again its........Bloodstump    PC version

thats how I play, I get a few kills and move around and shot from unsuspecting sniper spots..I normaly fight quite close, although on the snow map with oil pipes on rush, I landed ontop of them and ran to a little ridge, I got about 15 kills before people relised I was there, that was with the kill cam too lol.

I think I might run around just using the defibulator to ressurect people instead of trying to kill people with the lmgs, it might help when I get the red dot sight tho

I maxed out the recon upgrades, im trying to get the medic up to the mg3 machine gun..and boy do I suck, I can hit so much with the sniper rifles, long distance, moving targets etc..when ever I play the medic Im lucky to get more than one kill, even at close range i struggle

I unlocked the MG3 the other day. Was very disappointed with it. M60 is the way to go.

Will you guys be online sometime Friday or Saturday (After the scenario?)
I'd like to follow you guys around with your sniping to get better at it...I haven't figured out the ballistics for long range shots yet...unsure if it's a straight shot like COD.
I always seem to wait too long for a shot since I almost always have to put two hits into a guy unless it's a headshot. I'd rather get 1 hit kill than waste bullets/give away a position.

What are your favorite modes and maps for sniping?

 i like the snow maps, i have a few favorite places that always get kills, right where i can see the RC heli station, lol crotch shots take them out everytime  lol, and the village jungle, that map i rarely get killed. today i got a AoM tag hehe snuck up on him

I'd like to actually work closely with a friend (hope they get the friends list fixed) and even give a sniper like you cover if anyone finds you, seeing as the cooperation of the game is still extremely important, I like doing "support" missions like that. You going to be around this weekend to take on a young BC2 padawan?

oh yea ill be on this weekend, im really finding this game very fun, the idea that you have to work together is great, guess im going to have to get  ventrilo working ingame.

I am awful, however I seem to do slightly less awful with the sniper rifle. My only problem is that unless its a direct head shot or a point blank chest shot, I cant kill the enemy with 1 shot and they usually just move to cover after I hit them once. Even if I hit them directly in the chest...wish their was a "hardcore" mode or something more realistic.

 wow last server i went into tonight, was hacked.. one ( or alot of them) could see everyone, i was killed 11 times without even firing off 1 round,  AoM Dano was in the same squad, im sure he was getting it just as bad, i would run thru the cover over hills, down trenches keeping concealed the second i stopped BAM! dead and it was always a LMG  after 11 deaths without firing a shot, i logged... ive heard of a hack that turns the enemy yellow and you can see them anywhere, thats what this server was like. when i went into it the server was full and when i left there was only 8 people in there, so im asuming others felt the same way, before i left the guy had 78 kills 2 deaths nearest other guy was 6 kills and like 8 deaths, its hard to find good trusted servers

Almost all the medics I see are running around with the M60.  I maxed out the assault kit over the weekend, haven't quite decided yet but I think the M-16 is my favorite, except for possibly the M416 in close quarters situations. 

Not that it matters much I stink no matter.

Unfortunately hax will always be around. Punkbuster will work but they always lag the newest hax and play catch up. In our server they don't go unnoticed and we will usually have a member in game during peak hours. Ban them ALL from life! If only we could do worse to them.

Kazaa your a beast !!! damn great score going, nice K/D ratio    i started off the game like most do (Rambo) ive settled down and got more into the game, almost a 5 now... i love my M24, i have the other sniper rifles but this gun rocks, i found me a Avatar i like     its my Motto in BC2

The only real problem that I can see with the M-16 is it's shot for shot a little weaker than some of the other rifles, but in general I think it makes up for it in accuracy, despite being limited to 3 round bursts you can still rattle off a clip pretty quickly if you need to.  I still think I've be inclined to give a slight edge to the M-416 in a knife fight just because it's full auto think it's a little easier to control your ammo expenditure.  Just like in AH I'm not a very good shot and with the M-16 in CQB I tend to run out of ammo in the clip before I can drop the guy.  I also have a bad habit of aiming center mass rather than go for the head shot in those situations.
